How To Pay?

Terms and Conditions:

BTS PORT DOUGLAS PTY LTD:

15% cancellation fee is applied for all tours cancelled with more than 48hrs notice of tour departure. 50% cancellation fee is applied for tours cancelled between 12 and 24hrs prior to departure. No refund for no shows or less than 12 hours notice of cancellation. Full refund provided if tour or transfer is cancelled by operator.

AUSTRALIAN NATURAL TREASURES TOURING:

Full amounts are payable for ‘no shows’ or cancellations less than 24 hours from departure. Cancellations less than 1 week before departure we will incur a charge of 50%. More than one weeks notice will incur no charge. Where a private cottage has been booked as part of a cancelled booking, the whole charge will apply if less than 3 days notice is given, unless the cottage is able to be resold.

Flames of the Forest:

For bookings up to 5 passengers - Cancellation fee of 100% applies within 24 hours of the event. For bookings of 6 or more passengers - Cancellation fee of 100% applies within 7 days of the event.

Terms and Conditions •Prices may change without notice •Route and stops might vary due to unforeseen circumstances •Tours may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances •Accommodation cost to be paid directly to driver on pick up •Cancellations up to 4 days prior to trip will result in loss of deposit •Cancellations within 3 days result in loss of full fee •Passengers must be waiting during allocated pick up times •Pick up time might vary due to traffic conditions •Failing to attend the tour, will result in loss of all money paid •Seatbelts MUST be worn while travelling in the vehicle •No smoking in the bus •We do not take responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal property •We do not take responsibility for any injuries sustained whilst on our tour •All activities done at own risk

Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the tour may not be eligible for refund.

Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Tasmania:

Cancellation fees of 50% may apply for a tour cancelled within 72 and 24 hours of travel. Cancellation fees of 100% may apply to a booking cancelled within 24hrs of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on. Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Skydive Uluru:

All bookings incur a $100 per person cancellation fee, unless cancelling within 48hrs of departure, at which time a 100% cancellation fee applies and no refund is available. Booking amendments may incur a $100 per person amendment fee.
