Cancellations within 24 - 48 hours of tour departure will incur a 50% loss of the ticket price. Cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a tour will result in 100% loss of the ticket price. The tour operator highly recommends all passengers have travel insurance. Although every effort is made, the tour operator shall not be liable for any illness, damages, loss or delay that may occur due to factors beyond our control. The tour operator reserves and retains the right to alter itineraries, fares and may cancel tours in unforeseen circumstances.

Go West Tours:

Guest cancellation of any tour, in less than 48 hours prior to tour departure time will result in a 50% refund of tour farepaid. Cancellation within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a tour will result in a total forfeiture of the tour fare.

ADAMS PINNACLE TOURS:

Cancellation Policy: Due to the extensive organisation involved with touring, a strict cancellation fee will be applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to cover against such charges. Once any payment is made the following cancellation fees will apply in addition to any fees levied by your booking agent: Cancellation Fees: Day Tours Cancellation within 2 days (48hrs) of departure results in a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations between 3 and 5 days prior to departure results in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation Fees: Short Break Tours (2-5 days duration) Cancellations within 5 days of departure results in up to a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations 6-15 days prior to departure result in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations 16-29 days prior to departure result in a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations 30 or more days prior to departure results in : up to a 10% fee charged by Adams Pinnacle Tours Amendment Fees: Day Tours A charge of $50 per person may apply to booking amendments received more than 5 days prior to tour departure. This is at the sole discretion of Adams Pinnacle Tours. Amendments made within 5 days prior to the tour departure will be treated as cancellations and the applicable cancellation fee will apply. Amendment Fees: Short Break Tours (2-5 days duration) A Charge of $100 per person may apply to any modification after the original booking has been confirmed and at least 30 days prior to the tour departure. This is at the sole discretion of Adams Pinnacle Tours. Amendments within 30 days of travel will be treated as cancellations and the cancellation policy applied.

Sydney HeliTours:

Cancellation 24-48 hours before the flight incurs a 50% cancellation fee. If cancelled within 24 hrs of the flight, there is a 100% cancellation fee. If passengers elect not to fly due to weather, but the helicopter flight is still operational, a 100% cancellation fee applies.

Sunrover Tours:

Cancellations received with less than 2 weeks notice, will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel your tour with less than 48hrs notice then a fee of 100% may be applied. No Show (failure to collect tour tickets) / We fulfill our commitment to you for the sale of the tour ticket to you by making the tour ticket available at the pick up point for you to collect. If for any reason you are unable to collect all or part of your tour tickets purchased from us we are unable to refund your purchase. If the tour is cancelled because of an act of war or terrorism or the forces of nature or by any event outside of the control of the tour operator then refunds shall be at the tour operator’s absolute discretion. If the tour is cancelled for any other reason, we will refund to you the tour ticket price exclusive of all booking and delivery fees. We do not refund the booking or delivery fee because we have provided you with the service you paid for- the booking and delivery of the tour ticket has been completed.

Vagabond Cruises:

Minimum 14 days notice is required for a full refund to apply, there's no refunds for cancellations after this period, change of mind or no shows on the day of the cruise. Pre- Booking is essential. •Child rate = 5-14 yrs •Concession rate = Australian seniors/pensioners & full time students •Family rate = 2 adults + 2 children •Full payment is due on booking •There is no refund for no shows •Tickets & monies are non-refundable & non-transferable unless the cruise is cancelled •A 3% credit card fee will apply if you have paid by AMEX/DINERS credit card •Your ticket is valid for the day of the booking only •Please arrive at departure point 15 minutes prior to departure time •Surcharge will apply on Public Holidays •Special Cruises, Prices and Terms & Conditions apply for 25th, 26th & 31st December & 26 January

Bunyip Adventure Tour:

Passenger cancellation/date change of any tour, in less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to a departure time will result in a 50% refund of money paid. Cancellation within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a booked tour will result in a 100% forfeiture of the tour fare. Please note also that a “cancellation” includes a change to the date of a tour booking that requires the original booking to be cancelled.

Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Melbourne & Adelaide:

Cancellation fees of 50% may apply for a tour cancelled within 72 and 24 hours of travel. Cancellation fees of 100% may apply to cancellations within 24hrs of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on. Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Thunder Jet Boating:

All tickets are non-refundable and 24 hours notice required for cancellations.

Drop Bear Adventures:

Thank you for booking your Fraser Island holiday with Drop Bear Adventures. Please call us on 1800 061 156 or text 0487 333 606 to confirm your booking 24hours prior to your tour departure date. Pickup time in Noosa is 7am and if you are departing from Hervey Bay you need to meet at Hervey Bay Flashpackers at 8am unless you are staying at Colonial Village or Woolshed. Passengers are only permitted to bring a small weekend bag and all large backpacks must remain in storage either at our office in Noosa or with your accommodation provider unless authorised. All main meals are provided and we ask that you bring your own snacks and alcohol (cool boxes are provided). Please see our website www.dropbearadventures.com.au for further details on what to bring and tour itinerary’s. Please note that tour components not utilised are non-refundable and price is subject to change without notice. Bookings cancelled with less than 72 hours notice prior to tour departure date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Autopia Tours:

Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Autopia Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur.
