Quicksilver Cruises:

For cancellations within 24hrs of travel may incur a cancellation fee up to 100% of the cost of the booking. On rare occasions, services can be subject to the effect of weather or unforeseen circumstances. Should a cruise not operate for any reason passengers will be offered an alternative day of travel or a refund will be authorised. A change of travel date can be made to your booking without incurring any cancellation fee. The minimum age for scuba diving is 12 years. Certain medical conditions and medications may preclude some people from diving.

Australian Wine Tour Company:

Cancellation fees apply to all bookings as follows: Between 7 and 14 days before tour date : 25% fee. Between 2 and 6 days before tour date : 50% fee. There will be no refund if a passenger seeks to cancel a booking within 48 hours of a tour date. Australian Wine Tour Company will consider a request that a booking be transferred to a later tour date rather than being cancelled, but it may refuse such a request at its discretion.

Kangaroo Island SeaLink:

Cancellation of a booking, or part thereof will incur the following fees: · More than 30 days before departure - $50 per person · Between 7 & 30 days before departure - $50 per person or 50% of total cost whichever is greater · Less than 7 days before departure - $50 per person or 80% of total cost whichever is greater · Within 24 hours of departure - 100% of total cost No refunds will be made for services not availed once travel has commenced. All refund claims must be made in writing. Amendment Fees: Due to the complexity, staff time & communication costs of the booking process, a charge of $22 (incl GST) may apply to each modification made after the original booking.

City Explorer:

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. A copy of your tourstogo.com voucher must be presented to the driver at your first stop - the driver may refuse boarding if you are unable to supply a copy of your voucher.
